Kassie was born in McMinnville Oregon in 1997 and raised in a christian home. She accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at four years old. In 2012 while at camp, Kassie dedicated her life to the Lord to do whatever He called her to do. A few years later, while at Christian Youth in Action, God put on her heart that she would be involved in CEF all her life. She wanted to do something right away, but God wanted her to wait.

In 2016 Kassie graduated high school and started attending Chemeketa Community College pursuing a degree in Engineering, while in the back of her mind questioning how she would be an engineer and still have time to serve God in CEF. It turned out that during her second term of college God called her to not be an engineer and instead become a full time CEF worker in the local chapter.

Kassie graduated with her associates degree of general studies and  started working as an intern at the start of the Summer in 2018. She attended the Children's Ministries Institute from January to April of 2019 to be trained as a full time worker. Now she is working as a children's Ministry specialist and divides her time between working in the field teaching children and helping Jeff & Amy in the office. Kassie is also working on establishing more ministry connections in Yamhill county, where she grew up. 

Kassie and Evan were married on September 10th, 2022.
